Zaun brings a wealth of experience in the information technology and services industry as the company’s Operations Director. Starting as a sales junior with a multi-focused reseller in Darwin back in 1997, he quickly developed into a seasoned Corporate Accounts Manager specializing in product procurement and licensing solutions. Zaun also worked as an Accounts Manager with Express Data, a national IT wholesaler, as well as State Manager of a server based computing consultancy. In addition to his extensive experience in the IT industry, Zaun holds certifications from Microsoft, Trend Micro, Citrix and Telstra. Mixed amongst the demands of Leap, Zaun also facilitates an IT peer group called HTG which is part of a global association of like-minded IT companies. When not at work he can be found chasing his two kids around or playing squash.

Upon completion of his Diploma in IT, Leigh oversaw the firm’s systems and managed software applications as Network Administrator for Judge Constable Accountants. He was eventually offered a position by one of the firm’s software suppliers Solution 6, where he quickly climbed the ranks to Senior Network Consultant. After the company’s purchase of IT provider AlphaWest, Leigh became responsible for leading the Solution 6 infrastructure team, as well as delivering products to corporations including Microsoft, Cisco and IBM. In 2002, he used his experience in the industry and general business savvy to start Levin Technologies. After greatly expanding his business, Leigh ultimately joined forces with Leap Consulting, where he partnered with Zaun Bhana to create a unified and structured IT service provider. He currently serves as the company’s Technical Director.

Neil started his career in engineering and practised as a professional civil engineer in South Africa for 7 years prior to moving into IT. Having worked as a project manager in the engineering field, he accepted a position as Operations Manager at Electron Highway, an outsourced IT provider specialising in advertising. He was promoted to Operations Director and then to Managing Director when the founder of the business emigrated to the US. In 2006, Electron Highway was acquired by Netsurit and Neil joined the executive team as head of Netsurit's consulting division. In the following year his responsibilities grew to include the software development and training divisions. In 2008, Neil was appointed as COO, with the primary responsibility of running Netsurit's support division. In mid-2009, he took on the role of Client Service Director, whilst also being responsible for infrastructure projects before deciding to immigrate with his wife and family to Perth at the end of 2010. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys spending time outdoors especially fishing.

Jamie is a highly motivated technical consultant, specialsing in the installation and support of Microsoft and Netware systems. Certifications include MCSE, MCP and MCP+ Internet, as well as CNA Netware 5. In addition to a working knowledge of Windows XP Pro and Windows 2000 Server, he has application packaging experience using Novell Zenworks, Wise Studio and InstallShield. Jamie has worked in various capacities for the Central Corporate Services Unit – Department of Commerce, New South Wales Government. He also served as a Civil Engineering Technician at multiple organizations in the UK. When Jamie is not contributing his skills to the Leap Consulting team, he enjoys socializing with friends, watching movies and playing sports.

Ross joined Leap Consulting after more than a decade managing his own business, Quattro Computers. Working with clients primarily in the Education and Small Business sectors he brings years of experience in all aspects of an IT business from sales through to implementation and support. Highly proficient with Microsoft server technologies as well as Cisco and other networking and firewall products, Ross is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist and graduated from Curtin University with Honours after completing a Computer Systems Engineering/Computer Science double degree.

Michael is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and switching, as well as working with operating systems like Windows 2000 Server and applications such as Active Directory. In addition, he has experience routing, security, design, VPN and TCP/IP. Before joining the Leap Consulting team, Michael worked as Commissioning Engineer at FAST Joint Venture, Server Engineer at Zettaserve, as well as Systems and Network Administrator at Risk Management Technologies. Technical certifications include MCP implementing and managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Curtin University.

Mark has extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. In addition to knowledge of HTML, SQL/Visual Basic/VBA and Macromedia Dreamweaver/Fireworks, he is also skilled in computer repairs, project management, security analysis and web design. Mark graduated with a double major in IT and Electronic Commerce from Curtin University, where he developed company wide information systems for both small and large organizations. He has held various technical positions for Computing Australia and also gained sales experience from his work at ESE Building Group and Coca-Cola Amatil. In addition to contributing his technical skills to Leap Consulting, he currently heads the only gaming and car enthusiast club in Australia.

Howard brings a decade of IT industry experience as one of the company’s Systems Consultants. Before working with the Leap Consulting team, he contributed his technical skills as Programmer of HandsOn Computer Training International and also as a Technical Assistant at Budget PC Rentals. In addition, he served as an IT Support Technician at Total Support Services, as well as a System Engineer at Compucall Online. Howard not only has a background in programming, but he also has experience with software, operating systems and networking. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering with a major in computer systems from Curtin University of Technology.

Scott brings extensive consulting experience to the Leap Consulting team. Prior to joining the company as Systems Consultant, he served as Technical Consultant for Computer Notions, IT Consultant for Worldguard Technologies and Systems Consultant for Office Information Australia. In addition to Excom Education in network infrastructure, Scott is a Windows 2003 Microsoft Certified Professional and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Information Technology from Edith Cowan University. Scott’s software knowledge includes Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems, Windows Servers, wireless networking and Linux skills. In addition to providing IT services to various clients, he has volunteered at Whitfords Antioch Catholic Youth Group.

Daniel is an experienced information technology professional who specializes in project management and network engineering. He has worked with several computer packages including Windows Clients, Windows Servers and Remote Installation Services and is a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Prior to joining Leap Consulting as a Systems Consultant, Daniel managed workplace LAN and provided desktop support at Horwath/BDO Kendalls Chartered Accountants. He also served as Systems Administrator of Maptek PTY Ltd. In addition to his technical certifications, Daniel holds a Diploma of Information and Computer Technology from the Perth Institute of Business and Technology and majored in security studies at Edith Cowan University.

Until recently Nathan as a System Consultant was part of the technical team at Leap Consulting. Now working as an Account Manager in the sales team Nathan brings a unique insight and background to the role and has a solid understanding of the technical requirements that clients need. In his past role he held the A+ Service Technician Certification and is also an HDI Certified Help Desk Analyst, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified System Administrator. Prior to contributing his technical skills to the Leap Consulting team, he served as Systems Administrator for M Squared & Associates where he was responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of various operating systems. Previous experience also includes technical support and helpdesk duties at BDO Kendalls IT Solutions. Nathan holds a Certificate III in Information Technology Software Applications and completed secondary study at Kolbe Catholic College.

Simon brings extensive technical experience to the Leap Consulting team. At Leap, Simon looks after our Kaseya system as well as being part of the technical support team. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, holds the A+ Service Technician Certification, and has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. Before moving to Perth from his home town of London, he held a variety of technical positions at a number of organizations including EPR Architects, Haymarket Publishing, and Kendall Tarrant Worldwide. In addition to a wealth of IT industry experience, Simon has worked as a chef in London. However, he is now enjoying good food and wine as his favourite pastime rather than as his profession.

Prior to accepting his position as Systems Consultant at Leap Consulting, Jonathan served as a Hardware Engineer for Hewlett Packard in the UK before moving into software as System Engineer for BT, General Electric and provided technical support for Anglo Eastern Group where he travelled extensively supporting and installing IT equipment on the company's ships. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2003. Jonathan's software knowledge includes Microsoft Desktop operating systems and Windows Servers. In addition to contributing his technical skills to Leap Consulting, Jonathan can be found honing his driving on the golf course or working out in the gym.

A recent arrival to these shores, Luke brings experience from all sizes of IT environments. Since gaining his Degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Portsmouth in June 2000 he has worked in the IT support arena for businesses large and small as well as International and local. During the last 5 years he has been running his own IT support business taking on home and business users, encompassing any IT eventuality that may occur as well as providing web presences for clients including an E-commerce system developed from the ground up and tweaked to include many features found in larger systems.

Ramzi brings an array of technical skills to Leap Consulting as an Account Manager. In addition to advanced experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Windows 2003 Enterprise/SBS Server, he is also well versed in MS SQL, MS Office 2003/2007, and anti-virus solutions. Before joining the Leap Consulting team, Ramzi provided desktop support as well as pre and post sales consultation for a variety of organizations including Ashburton Minerals Limited, Wilsons Pipe Fabrication, Target Energy Limited and Murci Pestell Hillard. He is a Year 12 TEE Graduate of Corpus Christi College and also holds a Diploma of Electro-technology from e-Central TAFE.

David has been in and around the accounting industry for over 20 years. While at university, he worked in his father's accounting practice and learnt the day to day aspect of running an accounting practice. Later, he moved to Melbourne and joined Solution 6 in their Consulting and Training Division. Keen to broaden his IT skill set, David worked for 4 years with Star Accounting Solutions initially as a programmer (SQL Server, Delphi, Visual Basic) and then later in their sales & marketing division. Upon his return to WA, David had a 5 year stint at MYOB initially as a consultant and most recently as a Client Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management (Curtin) and this combined with his extensive IT and accounting experience, positions David perfectly for his role as Business Technology Consultant. On the weekends, David can be seen in and around Perth performing in is band, Mod Squad.

Roslyn brings a wealth of accounts experience to Leap Consulting. Prior to joining the company, she worked at M V Perth Cruises, where she was responsible for payroll, expenditure allocation, purchase invoices and bank reconciliation among other activities. In addition, she managed accounts payable and receivable, quality assurance and office sales at Envelope Specialists, now known as Australian Envelopes. Roslyn completed a course in MYOB/Computerized Accounts from Phoenix Business College. She also has secretarial experience from her previous work at Western Australian College of Advanced Education – Churchlands Campus.

Dani, a retired accountant who has spent the last 8 years working as a domestic engineer and part-time taxi driver, has re-entered the 'professional' workforce with Leap. She brings a wealth of experience from previously working with Chartered Accounting Firms where her responsibilities included servicing a range of small to medium sized firms with the preparation of BAS, financial statements and the completion and lodgement of income tax returns with the Australian Taxation Office. Dani loves her football - especially The West Coast Eagles and in her spare time Dani enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends.
